Infrared technology can allow us to see otherwise hidden defects such as missing insulation, moisture inside walls, air duct issues etc. I have residential thermography training through InterNachi and United Infrared (see certificates below).

***some defects require proper temperature differentials (outside vs inside) to be found and will not be easily discovered on a mild day
