My name is Josh Graves and I am a born & raised Texan. I am originally from north Texas but have called west Texas home for the last 13 years. My wife and I have been married for almost 15 years and have 4 children. We love camping & backpacking in our neighboring west Texas and New Mexico public lands (see photos from Big Bend, Guadalupe National Park, Lincoln Forest etc.)

I’ve been around construction and remodeling for almost 20 years and have a passion for inspecting houses. I received my pre-licensing certificates through (AHIT) American Home Inspectors Training and have supplemented that with certifications through InterNachi. I’ve also passed the National Home Inspector Exam and been licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC – License #23602). A lot of home inspectors do only enough to satisfy the minimum requirements and won’t make the extra effort to do the unpleasant things, like navigating a tight attic or crawlspace.
